| Alone again, sad yet feeling relieved. |
| Alone again, we both tried for so long yet had too many obsticles in
our way. I am feeling like I have another chance at happiness. It is too difficult to be with someone that frequently makes you feel bad about yourself.
I won't let this difficult time direct my future and am willing to do what I need to heal and become the confident woman I once knew. |

I should have introduced myself. I am new to this board and am dealing with the same pain as so many here. I have resigned myself to the divorce and know it is best, it doesn't take away the pain or lonliness. |

Hi Mary,
I understand your pain. My divorce was final Nov. 2009. Lot's of growth has occured since then and I am still stuck in other areas. |

Yes there is much pain when going through a divorce and after. Much confusion too. But in time it really does ease up a bit. Well its only been 4 months for me and my ex and I are getting along now so hence the confusion and easing up of the pain. But I still cry at the oddest times. I hope like Miken said that this will be a time of growth for you and for me. |

Same here, good vibes to all of you that are going through this black plague called divorce.
I have not figured things out for myself yet, so I have no real advice as to what to do about the confusion and pain that you are going through.
I have just been keeping myself busy with stuff that I couldn't do as comfortably when I was married, like play Call Of Duty MW2 all day and night long, smoke in my living room while watching Ultimate Fighting or Football in my underwear, bringing my internet porn to the bed room, where it belongs.
I have good days and bad and am no where near to wanting to be with anyone new, romantically, so my worst enemy is loneliness and like I said, I haven't yet figured that one out yet, but am working on it and will post whatever breakthrough I have.

I second what every one has said. I too am starting the process of divorcing my 2nd husband.... It is still hurtful - even though I've been thru this before. I know that I will again emerge "on top" and better off without this man. |
